What it is
Furniture and household junk price differently than dirt, concrete, or mixed construction debris. Tell us what it is and we’ll price it straight.

How we get to it
Stairs, attics, crawlspaces, and tight clearance add labor. We ask about access up front so the quote you get is the quote you pay.

Haul vs. demo
Haul-away is one job. Tearing a shed, deck, or interior wall down first is another. Light demo is quoted separately from the haul.
